JIM BRENNAN | President
For over 25 years, Jim has been representing land owners, builders and developers in residential land brokerage throughout California. He has successfully brokered hundreds of deals in the Central Valley and Bay Area. Jim specializes in the acquisition and disposition of residential and multi family land, entitlement, and land development. Jim's expertise includes infill projects, raw land and paper lots, mitigation land, and assembling large master planned communities.
Jim took over the management of Landcastle in 2015, and has successfully built a team of collaborative and experienced professionals. Jim's understanding of the ever-changing real estate market paired with his creative approach to negotiate a deal allows him to assist clients for all land asset needs.
He is an accredited member of the Building Industry Association of Bay Area and California Homebuilding Foundation.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Butler University, and is a California licensed Broker.
