Ray Goodson, CEO of Landcastle

Ray Goodson has been involved in land brokerage in the Bay Area and nearby San Joaquin Valley since the late 1980’s.  He established Landcastle Real Estate in 1988 and pursued a growth plan that has resulted in an effective land team and geographical expansion northward beyond Sacramento and southward to Bakersfield and Santa Maria.  Ray has successfully negotiated numerous purchases and long-term option deals ranging from standard subdivisions to master-planned communities.

Jim Brennan, Principal of Landcastle

Jim Brennan joined Landcastle 10 years ago after a twenty year career in sales and management.  Since joining Landcastle, Jim has successfully closed hundreds of transactions in a broad array of land deals in the Central Valley and Sacramento Valley.  He conducts land searches, presents development and building opportunities to clients and participates in negotiations.  Jim is a real estate broker and principal of Landcastle Real Estate.  Also, he is an accredited member of the Building Industry Association. Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree from Butler University.

Jessica Young is involved in many facets of Landcastle operations.  Jessica manages Landcastle’s Accounting, Payroll, HR and Contract Management.  Her responsibilities include maintaining Landcastle’s land tracking system, obtaining all information needed for land sales packages, performing land record searches and preparing land presentation maps.  Jessica’s prior experience includes accounting and administration.  Jessica has received her Associate of Arts degree in Accounting.
